Hello our beautiful friends! Today we have a very inspiring guest, Santiago Arana, one of the most distinguished real estate agents in Los Angeles. In this conversation, we dive not into Santiago’s accomplishments and career, but in his incredible gratitude journey based on the power of visualization. In this episode, you will discover lots of practical tools that will help you manifest the life that you want to create. So, let’s get into it.

Originally from Sucre, Bolivia, and with Spanish/Croatian roots, Santiago have benefited from his cosmopolitan background and international upbringing. After graduating from Private University with the Business Administration & Marketing Degree, at the age of 22, he came to the United States with a scholarship to learn English and get his masters in Finance in Israel.

Growing up in Bolivia, Santiago always looked up to the United States, watching Hollywood movies, and living with the idea that things were better there. He had a passion to come to the US. He moved to Santa Barbara with a suitcase and 120 dollars, and didn’t speak a word in English. But, he fell in love with America, met his soulmate and decided to stay and get into Real Estate.

From a busboy and waiter, Santiago has become one of the most distinguished real estate agents in Los Angeles. His formula for success is simple: to take care of himself physically and mentally by taking time off, exercising and enjoying life. At the end, it is all about balance. And because of his willingness, consistency and persistence, Santiago was able to come so far.

Here are some of the practical tools and advice that have helped Santiago create abundance in his life:

  • You need to be prepared for the message. If you aren’t ready to hear it, you’re going to miss it.

  • Your mind has the ability to change. Once you are introduced to a new information, your mindset goes to the next level.

  • Change your attitude – it’s not what you are doing, it’s how you are doing that.

  • Once you’ve done something incredible, share it with others and give it back. The duty of all of us is to give and help each other.

  • You have to do the first step – do research, analyze the situation and acknowledge what you want to manifest in your life.

  • When you make a decision, and you really mean it, and you put the good intention out there, you become so powerful.

  • Even if you know the secret to success, the execution is that really does it. Learning isn’t enough, you need to apply the knowledge you’ve discovered. And if you’re applying it, and you are disciplined and consistent, then you’re going to see the results. The execution is really the key to success. It’s not just knowing it, it’s actually doing it.

  • Your conscious mind feeds the subconscious mind, so you need to be aware of what information you put in your brain. So, cultivate the attitude and feed your mind with abundance.

  • People are addicted to fear, and the more they feed their brain with fear, the more it comes back.

  • The reality is, if you don’t fail, you don’t succeed. You have the ability not to give up.

  • If someone believes in you, why don’t you believe in yourself?

  • The only way to change your life is to habituate and develop discipline. Stick to your morning rituals, have time for yourself, and do the things that are important to you and your family first, and then you can be 100% yourself out there, ready to succeed and prosper.

  • We have the ability to create our own universe, that’s why the power of visualization is so important. Visualization is the most powerful tool we have for free.

  • The last thought you have before falling asleep is where you’re going to visualize yourself. Your subconscious doesn’t really know if this visualization is real or not, it just sends this vision to the Universe and it finds the fastest, most efficient way to get what you want.

  • You need to be specific with what you visualize, and it’s better to start with things that you know are going to make you happy. When you visualize for a long time and do it right, you will find yourself smiling.

  • When you see that what you’re doing actually works, you realize you are 100% in control of your life. Of course, there are few things that you can’t control, but there is no need to stress about something that you can’t change. Instead, focus on what you can control - what you think, what you feel, what you do.

“Life is a gift that has been given to you. We are powerful human beings – we can create our own universe, and nobody is going to do it for us. You need to take action, and you need to believe in yourself, and you need to be disciplined, consistent and persistent” – Santiago Arana
